Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Admission Withdrawal Window

A student may request cancellation of admission and refund of tuition fees within 7 calendar days from the official date of enrollment, provided classes have not formally commenced.

2. Non-Refundable Fee Components

• Registration & Admission Processing Fee (₹500): Non-refundable to cover administrative verification and portal onboarding.
• Course Books, ID Cards & Kit Expenses: If physical learning materials or software access tokens have already been issued to the candidate.
• Examination & Board Affiliation Fees: Once remitted to statutory examination authorities (such as NIELIT), board fees cannot be recalled.

3. Mid-Course Discontinuation

If a student chooses to discontinue attending classes after 7 days or after commencement of syllabus lectures, subsequent unpaid future installments will be waived upon formal withdrawal submission, but previously paid fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Eligible refunds approved by the Director's office will be credited directly to the original bank account or UPI handle used during payment within 7 to 10 working days via Razorpay refund channels.
