Popular Computer Institute is an autonomous, privately operated IT & vocational training centre established in 2004 at Bhimpura No.1, Ballia, UP. We operate independently with our own academic board, lab infrastructure, and curriculum aligned with national frameworks.
Popular Computer Institute (PCI) is a privately operated, self-financed IT training centre. We are not currently registered with MCA, MSME/Udyam, PMKVY, NITI Aayog NGO Darpan, or any government agency as a statutory entity. Our strength comes from 22+ of dedication, practical lab excellence, and the success of our 13,889+ graduates.

A PCI Diploma or Certificate signifies successful completion of a structured course with mandatory practical lab sessions (1:1 PC ratio), continuous internal assessments, and a final project or examination evaluated by our faculty board. Every certificate carries a unique QR-code verification link.

We do not claim government affiliation, statutory recognition, or any form of government grant beyond the curriculum alignment stated above. Certificates issued by PCI are institutional credentials evidencing course completion and practical competency — they are not equivalent to board, university, or government certifications.
All students, employers, and consultancies may verify authenticity of any PCI certificate online at pcib.in/verification using the certificate registration number or student roll number.
The organization is registered under the Udyam Registration framework administered by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India. Coaching and practical preparation for NIELIT CCC and DOEACC O-Level examinations follows the official NIELIT syllabus, preparing students for nationally recognized government IT certifications.
Tally Prime + GST Accounting courses follow Tally's official training curriculum including real GST return filing practice, inventory management, payroll, and advanced MIS reporting.
PCI issues its own course completion diplomas and certificates backed by practical lab assessments, written evaluations, and project submissions — evaluated by our certified faculty panel.
